Item 08Cross-Connection Control Log
The cross-connection control log recorded seven testable backflow prevention assemblies as overdue for their inspection with the last inspection date in June 2025. Item 10Pool Maintenance Records
The recorded pool maintenance dates for all three pools in June and July 2026 did not accurately reflect when the hair and lint strainers were checked, so it appeared the hair and lint strainers were not inspected and disinfected at least weekly on two separate occasions (13 June to 22 June and 12 July to 21 July). Staff stated the dates were for the inspection of the cartridge filters, required every two weeks, and not for the hair and lint strainers. The only way to check if the hair and lint strainers were disinfected was by a yes or no column, which did not include a date. It was discussed adding a separate line when the cartridges and hair and lint strainer maintenance were completed on separate days.
